I was assisted via whatsapp on a Sunday morning trying to figure out which backpack will suit my son in gr 9. The reply was immediate and we chatted about different options. I eventually decided on the Everyday Shool laptop backpack. I ordered on Sunday and received the bag on Wednesday - excellent service. The bag is big enough for a grade 9 learner that still has all subjects, it is strong and my son loves it. Will support Capie Masai again in future.

The backpack is really good quality, strong and durable straps and zips. The leather is soft and beautiful. It's large enough for high school learners my gr 10 daughter loves it! She fits all her books and stationary, water bottle and umbrella in. Very happy with it!

At first I was a little sceptical especially after seeing the website asking for a tip. But I just read the reviews from other customers and I am very happy with the bag. You guys know how to stitch leather. I like the shape which is very stable. Very spacious to accommodate everything you need day to day. Communication was impressive. I do recommend them.
