So Disappointed

So very disappointed with the service. The front pocket is almost 2cm towards the one side. It is very noticeable . I let them know and the guy dropped the call. He instead said to stretch the leather. Very poor workmanship and very poor customer service. Considering I sent him photos, he has done nothing to discount the bag or provide me with a well made one. I will never buy from this company again. Be careful when purchasing .

After reviewing your custom made backpack, our team found that there was just a small space left on the padding inside from the piping for construction and expansion of the bag.
Therefore, we had advised to simply put in some items or stretch the pocket a little, and it should worked fine, there would be no need for an exchange.
