    Excellent All around.....

The service from the first email asking for some extra info regarding strap length to the ordering, processing and arrival of my product was superb. Could not fault anything. And of course the product itself is amazing. As I opened the bag, I could smell the rich leather and I am over the moon happy with my bag. It is exactly what I ordered! I will be back :)

Thank you Michelle and you are welcome again.

    Outstanding Workmanship

I absolutely love my new navy bag! The color is gorgeous and I have been searching for a good looking navy bag for the longest time! Cape Masai never disappoints! The bag has lots of space and compartments, and I really appreciate the dipped shape, it's not a common style you see. You just cant go wrong with genuine leather, this is my third buy and most certainly won't be my last! There are lots of colors to choose from!

    You are welcome again.

    SH medium leather bags

The quality of the leather handbag was excellent.
I was just very disappointed in the packaging as it had no cover around the bag, it was thrown in the overnight bag without any protection. I feel presentation is key and it would have had a different feel when I excitedly opened the overnight delivery bag, and it was wrapped with care.
The salesperson also told me that there will be a small thank you spoil gift as I was a fist time purchaser, and the specific bag was for a lady that went on retirement. There was never such extra spoil as promised, which is not per say a problem, but because it was promised, I question the integrity of the company.
    Thank you for this opportunity.

We apologize for any disappointment caused by the packaging and will definitely take your feedback into consideration for future orders.
We also apologize for the miscommunication regarding the thank you spoil gift, though it was done as we had to change the plans to top up shipping costs and send your order on overnight since we only received payment on the weekend.
We strive to provide excellent customer service and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your support and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Excellent service from this company. I'm based in Pretoria and i bought a bag online on Thursday and received it on Saturday just a day after i ordered it. Got a message of payment confirmation together with the link that will enable me to track my handbag.I received what i actually anticipated when i ordered it and they top it with a coin purse (gift),nice soft leather, perfect size no regrets at all.
