SH medium leather bags

I absolutely love my new navy bag! The color is gorgeous and I have been searching for a good looking navy bag for the longest time! Cape Masai never disappoints! The bag has lots of space and compartments, and I really appreciate the dipped shape, it's not a common style you see. You just cant go wrong with genuine leather, this is my third buy and most certainly won't be my last! There are lots of colors to choose from!

The quality of the leather handbag was excellent.
I was just very disappointed in the packaging as it had no cover around the bag, it was thrown in the overnight bag without any protection. I feel presentation is key and it would have had a different feel when I excitedly opened the overnight delivery bag, and it was wrapped with care.
The salesperson also told me that there will be a small thank you spoil gift as I was a fist time purchaser, and the specific bag was for a lady that went on retirement. There was never such extra spoil as promised, which is not per say a problem, but because it was promised, I question the integrity of the company.
